The Parkland Padres wrapped up their regular season schedule on Tuesday evening with a 10-7 loss against the Swan River Reds.

Both teams scored one run each in the first inning, but the Reds busted the game open with six runs in the top of the third.

The Reds added one run in the fourth, two in the fifth to take a 10-1 lead through four and a half innings.

In the bottom of the fifth, the Padres cut into the deficit with six runs of their own, but the nine run deficit proved to be too much as the Swan River Reds ended up taking the game.

With the win, the Reds move to 6-8 on the season, while the Padres end their regular season with a 1-5-1 record.

The Reds will finish their regular season on Thursday in Willowbrook as they take on the Royals.
