The Parkland Minor Baseball Association are once again short on Umpires on the season.

Because of that, PMBA is holding two Baseball Canada Umpire clinics.

The first clinic is scheduled for April 29th, which is a Level 1 Clinic open to first-time interested people wanting to become certified umpires.

No experience is required, but the minimum age to become an umpire is 12 years old.

The clinic will also re-certify umpires that were certified last season, and cost to register is $55.

The second clinic will also be held on April 29th, but will be for Level 2 Baseball Canada umpire certification.

This clinic is for already certified Level 1 umpires that have completed their Level 1 phases and Level 2 umpires re-certifying for the 2017 season.

The cost to register for this clinic is $65.

Both clinics involve in class and on field instruction. Total time will be around 6 hours length.

The Clinics will take place at DRCSS.
