After a successful season, the Grandview Senior Girls Basketball came just one win short of winning Provincial Gold this passed weekend.
Grandview went into Provincials as the number one seed this year.
Head Coach Marc Giasson says among that, there were a number of highlights this year.
"We've also won a home tournament here in Grandview, we won a tournament in Roblin, (won) the Boissevain tournament, so it's been a good seson. We had 5 Grade 12 players that were leaders on the team and put in a lot of effort outside of practice and games to help the team be successful."
Giasson later added next year the team will be younger, but still a competitive group.
