Lots of things happening in Kings land this week.
The Dauphin Kings have climbed one spot on this week's MJHL Power Rankings.
The Kings charted 9th with their 0-2 opening weekend. This week they split two weekend home games, the win was enough for the Kings to climb into 8th on the list. The full list is below.
The Kings are in action again Wednesday against the Neepawa Natives at Credit Union Place Wednesday. During the second intermission the Kings will host a Turkey Toss. Turkeys have been donated by Family Foods in Gilbert Plains.
The Kings also named their first Three Stars of the Week.
3* - Daniel Chartrand - Chartrand assisted on each of Kirklan Lycar's hat trick goals during Fridays home opener, and would add a goal of his own in Sundays game against Selkirk to sit atop the Kings points standings.
2* - Graeme Hore - Hore notched two goals in Sunday's game against Selkirk and sits in a multi-way tie for third in Kings scoring.
1* - Kirklan Lycar - Lycar scored three goals, including the game winner in Friday's home opener against Swan. He also added an assist in Sunday's loss.
