The Dauphin Clippers head to Altona Friday and Saturday to compete in the Miller Aces Baseball Classic.

The Clippers got on the road early this morning to head to Altona to compete in the Miller Aces Baseball Classic invitational tournament.

The Clippers compete in Pool A with the host Miller Aces and the Major Pratt Trojans, the only team the Clippers have lost to this season. They lost to the Trojans 16-8 in their first game of the season. Heading into the final inning of that game the score was tied at 6, but then the Trojans unleashed an offensive onslaught that saw them drive home 10 runs and take the win. The Clippers are looking to avenge the loss when the two play again today.

The Clippers will play the host Miller Aces at 11am, and have a rematch with Major Pratt at 4pm. More games will follow after these on Friday and Saturday

Major Pratt is a perfect 6-0 this season. The Aces are 5-3.
