Ethan Myhre earned the shutout as the Dauphin Clippers won their 24th game of the season on Sunday afternoon.
Hosting the Renegades at Credit Union Place, Dauphin scored one goal in each period in a 3-0 victory. The Clippers carried the play for the majority of the game and when he needed to, Myhre was up to the challenge.
At the moment, Dauphin is five points up on Swan Valley for second place, the Tigers play Neepawa on Sunday afternoon, so depending on that result, things could change. After Sunday, Swan Valley will have four games in hand on Dauphin.
The Clippers next action is Thursday night when they head to Swan River to play the Tigers.
