The Dauphin Clippers varsity girls basketball team is coming home with a banner to raise to the rafters at the DRCSS.
Playing a tournament in Powerview, the Clippers dominated their competition to win the championship. In their final game, Dauphin downed Fisher Branch, 45-13. Dauphin also beat St. Laurent, Powerview, and the Sagkeeng Wolves.
Led by head coach Natasha Nepinak, the team won every game by at least 15 points with their largest margin of victory coming against Sagkeeng, a 69-14 rout.
