Ranked second in the league with 45 goals, the Dauphin Kings have added some firepower up-front.
Ahead of two games this weekend against the Winnipeg Blues and Winkler Flyers, the Kings welcomed back Havyril Simchuk. From Kyiv, Ukraine, Simchuk played 27 games with Dauphin last year, scoring eight times while adding four assists.
Simchuk should add some solid depth upfront for a Dauphin team that has lost Nathan Lenoski to a lower-body injury. Lenoski has seven points in five games with Dauphin and is considered day-to-day.
