It was an impressive weekend on the court for the Ste. Rose Celtics varsity boys' volleyball team.

Led by head coach Nathan Zadorozny, the Celtics made a run to the final where they came up short against MacGregor. It was a second-place showing for a team that played good volleyball at the Brandon Bobcats Invitational earlier this season.

In their round-robin, the Celtics won five of their eight sets, including sweeps over Landmark, William Morton and Treherne.

"It was a great learning experience for our group, we continue to get better every time we hit the court," said Zadorozny. "We hope to continue this type of success moving forward this season."
