In a matter of two hours, the Dauphin Clippers have put the Killarney Raiders on the brink of elimination.
Starting their playoff journey on home ice, the Clippers beat Killarney, 4-2, to take a one game to zero lead in the best of three.
Julien Lopez led the way for Dauphin with a pair of goals. Josh Yakielashek and Ronin Mouck also scored.
Owen Chubka earned the win and Dauphin can advance to the second round with a win on Thursday in Killarney.
