They did it for Myles Haverluck.

The Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy U15 Kings made their way to Brandon this weekend for the Tournament of Champions and after a thrilling final against the Saskatoon Northstars, the Kings are champions and they have dedicated their gold medal to the late Myles Haverluck of Dauphin.

In the final against Saskatoon, Dauphin won 5-4 in a shootout. Jordan Height was the only goal scorer in the shootout. Scoring in regulation was Ethan Zalischuk, Alex Lopez, Bodhi Bloomer, and Lyric Smith.

In Dauphin's semifinal victory over the Regina Blues, four Dauphin skaters scored in a 4-2 win. Dominic Chartrand found the back of the net twice while Lyric Smith and Josh Beyette also scored.

Six different scorers found the back of the net in Dauphin's second game of the tournament as they cruised past Minot with a 6-2 victory. They were Hayden Billet, Bodhi Bloomer, Riley Durston, Slade Nepinak, Josh Beyette, and Lyric Smith.

Dauphin opened their tournament with a 5-4 win against Melville. Josh Beyette recorded a pair of goals while Brody Kaminski, Alex Lopez, and Dominic Chartrand also scored.
