Makenna Hadway is a champion on the ice.
Playing with Team Lukowich this season, Hadway helped her foursome win the Heather MJCT over the weekend in Winnipeg. The team lost their first game but responded extremely well as they won four straight games.
In the finals against Team Ehnes, Hadway and her foursome scored two in the fourth end and they followed that up with three straight steals of one and ended up winning the game, 6-1. The tournament also featured team Zoey Terrick. Also on that team are Jaycee Terrick and Tessa Terrick. They went 3-0 in the round-robin but fell in their semifinal game.
