The Grand Plains Peewee Hawks are one win away from playing for a B-side title. Playing in the Parkissimo Hockey League playoffs, the Hawks are up against Neepawa in the semi-finals.
In game one, Owen Sigvaldason led things offensively with a pair of goals as the Hawks took down Neepawa, 3-1. Ronin Mouck scored the team's other goal in the victory.
In net, Landon McIvor was very solid to preserve the victory. The team will travel to Neepawa on Tuesday as they look to wrap up the series and move to the finals.
