For the first time this season, the Dauphin Kings' are on the brink of elimination.
Game four of the all-Parkland quarterfinal series goes down at Credit Union Place tonight and Dauphin is down 3-0.
Being on home ice could be exactly what Dauphin needs to keep their season alive. Even with a game two loss on home ice, the Kings' still only have seven home ice losses this season.
The major key to success for Dauphin tonight is stopping Swan Valley's crazy scoring pace. They've scored nine goals in just under 13 minutes. Tack on seven more goals and they have outscored Dauphin 16-7 in the series.
Another key is staying disciplined. Dauphin has handed Swan Valley 12 power plays in the last two games and the Stamps have four goals to show for it on those chances.
Dauphin did find the back of the net three times on Wednesday which could bode well for the team in finding some confidence offensively.
You can get your tickets for the game at the south ticket office at Credit Union Place beginning at 3:00 this afternoon.
You can also tune into the game with Darnell Duff. The Parkland Source for Sports pregame show begins at 7:00 p.m.
