More investigation needs to be done surrounding Fabian Pendl, who’s accused of breaking into a Rossburn senior’s home, robbing and assaulting him.
Yesterday Pendl’s former girlfriend was to take the stand and refute his alibi, but additional disclosures were discovered and the trial adjourned.
Pendl pleaded not guilty to forcible confinement, break and enter to commit robbery, assault causing bodily harm, choking, wearing a disguise to commit an offence and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
Co-accused, Julian Johnston, is serving time, and Robert Ward has served his sentence for the crime.
