For those waiting to hear the fate of the MRI machine in Dauphin, a recommendation was announced today.
The Wait Times Task Force has released their report and recommendations.
A member of the committee speaks to their suggestions for new MRIs in the province.
“So the recommendation in the report is the fact that the new MRIs are not recommended to be added at this point in time in the province and that consideration be given to where they might be added over time.”
Ultimately the province will determine whether or not to follow the guidelines set in the report.
