One man involved in a shooting in Melville has pleaded not guilty.
Evan Helmeczi was remanded into custody for his trial on April 19, 2018.
The second man, Tristan Stradeski is out on bail and is to return to court on January 8, 2018.
Stradeski is accused of shooting a man with a 22 calibre rifle and Helmeczi is accused of breaking into the home.
