A new website is in the works for Mountain View School Division.
The division is investigating potential website service providers that can give a more modern website that works both on all platforms. The division is also looking at creating a website that has single source publishing. That means they can publish once and it’ll be shared to other platforms, like calendars, and social media.
The current website provider no longer offers website support and has been outsourcing to another company for the past 3 years.
The school board is looking at all potential costs to develop this site and is planning to include it in the 2018-19 budget. They are looking at options that include a higher upfront design and setup fee with lower annual fees.
