A lack of clearly defined goals and objectives in the province’s economic development plans has led the provincial government to take a new approach.
Premier Brian Pallister announced today that 2 individuals have been recruited to lead the government’s efforts to craft a modern approach to economic development. Dave Angus, the former CEO of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce and entrepreneur Barb Gamey are set to address today’s challenges and help the government take advantage of new opportunities.
