Investigators say a missing teen who was found dead north of Garden Hill First Nation in Manitoba may have been trying to walk to another community.
R-C-M-P say searchers went door-to-door in Garden Hill, St. Theresa Point and Wasagamack looking for the 17-year-old girl, who was last seen in Garden Hill on Wednesday.
Garden Hill Search and Rescue found her body on Saturday.
Police are continuing to investigate but say they don't suspect foul play.
