A man is in custody following an incident in Brandon early Friday morning.
At approximately 1:45, police responded to a parking lot of a business in the 3200 block of Victoria Avenue after receiving reports of an intoxicated male that was smashing vehicles.
Investigation revealed that the suspect had also destroyed the glass window of the front door of the business, but no entry was gained.
The 26 year old male was found hiding in the parking lot and arrested.
He has been charged with three counts of mischief to property and is scheduled to attend court in February.
