A Winnipeg firefighter and jiu-jitsu instructor charged with sexually assaulting a woman and two underage girlsis back in custody after being arrested with obstruction of justice.
Manuel Ruiz was arrested on Friday after being released on bail on Oct 25th.
Court documents allege Ruiz attempted to persuade a man "to locate the victims and interfere with the course of justice."
