If you are looking for help, you can register for the “Getting Your Food Product to Market” one day workshop. It’s running all day next Tuesday at St. Viator’s Parish Hall from 9:30 to 2:45. Annette Allen a Business Development Specialist at Manitoba Agriculture talks about what you could learn about if you attend.
“We’re going to talk a little bit about capitalizing on food trends and understanding markets at retail. And then we will be talking about all the regulations and requirements that are required to do so. Because all food products that are sold at retail do need to be produced in an inspected kitchen.”
