Manitoba author and historian, Dr. Gordon Goldsborough was at the Dauphin Multi-Purpose Senior Centre yesterday to talk about his book, “Abandoned Manitoba”.
The book features sites such as residential schools, old bank vaults, museums and grain elevators in Manitoba.
The idea first started out as a weekly radio segment on CBC before becoming a book.
Dr. Goldsborough is currently working on his upcoming sequel, “Abandoned Manitoba 2”.
