As part of the Small Business Week in Manitoba, Entrepreneurship Manitoba in association with the City of Dauphin Economic Development are holding events next week that focuses on the local entrepreneur.
On Tuesday, a breakfast session at 7:30 in the morning will feature “Exceptional Communication For Vendor Marketing” at the Dauphin WEST Centre. On the 19th, a lunch session at 11:45 a.m. called “Effective Communication in Customer Collection” is being offered.
Charlene Gulak, the Regional Coordinator in the Parkland for Workplace Education Manitoba, talks about why these events are a good opportunity for small business owners to sign up for.
“The 17th and 19th training opportunities are really targeting those participants that want to, or have the time available to attend the sections focusing in on oral communication and developing their skills specific to that target that they are working with.”
