The Gilbert Plains Recreation Commission is hosting their annual fall fundraiser, with this year’s theme being “Welcome to Mystery Casino Night”.
Last year the funds raised helped purchase pin setting machines for Heartland Lanes Bowling Alley.
Julie Russell, Gilbert Plains Community Development Officer, Julie Russell, notes what this year’s funds are to be used for.
“This year funds are staying within the recreation commission, and going to some projects within our rec complex,” stated Russell.
The fall fundraiser is scheduled for October 21 at the Gilbert Plains Community Hall and tickets are $50 per person.
