Canada's National Ukrainian Festival has announced that Manitoba Lieutenant Governor, Honourable. Janice Filmon is attending this year's event.
President of CNUF, Kayla Gillis, is excited for Honourable. Filmon to be able to come to Dauphin and Celebrate Canadian and Ukrainian Culture.
"It means a lot for someone to come and represent Canada and the Queen coming, its fantastic to have someone of that nature attend out the festival and we are honoured to host her and the Ambassador."
Another VIP attending the festival is Ukrainian Ambassador Andriy Shevchenko.
