RCMP have responded to a fatal car accident around Lac du Bonnet.
Yesterday,shortly after 6 :30 pm, Lac du Bonnet RCMP responded to a single-vehicle collision on Provincial Road 433, also known as Lee River Road, in Lac du Bonnet.
Early investigation shows the vehicle lost control on a gravel portion of the road, rolled and landed on its roof.
The 43-year-old female driver from the RM of Lac du Bonnet, was pronounced deceased at the scene. It does not appear that she was wearing a seatbelt.
Alcohol is not believed to be a contributing factor to the collision.
A RCMP Forensic Collision Reconstructionist is assisting with the ongoing investigation.
