Yesterday afternoon the RM of Dauphin held their ribbon cutting ceremony for the completion of Phase one of the Water Pipeline Expansion Project that serves the RM.
It was held at the Bernat Booster Station. The RM of Dauphin’s deputy Reeve Ron Ryz speaks to why this station was needed.
"A lot of the RM residents have poor quality water, a lot of them were hauling water and now we'll have a safe reliable source of water."
The project was funded under the Canada- Manitoba New building Canada fund.
