April may traditionally be a wet month, but May is quickly approaching meaning gardening season will soon be in full force.
Once again the Dauphin Neighbourhood Renewal Cooperation is encouraging residents to participate in this year's West End Community Garden initiative.

According to Community liaison for the Dauphin Neighbourhood Renewal Cooperation Alison Moss, the garden is open to everyone.

"There are 18 garden boxes available at the west end [...] currently about 10 are spoken for, so I'm looking for at least eight more gardeners, it can be couples, families, friends all they have to do is come out bring some seeds. We have garden sheds there, that gardeners are given the code to so they can use the garden tools."
