The Gilbert Plains Municipality recently hired Glenn Morphy as the new Chief Administrative Officer.
Morphy first day as the new CAO was on April 3 and is enjoying the community of Gilbert Plains.
Morphy is looking forward to working in the community of Gilbert Plains.
"For most of my career I have worked for larger municipalities, so I am really looking forward to a difference in working and finding structures in how in smaller communities operate."
Morphy has a civil engineering background and has worked for the City of Ottawa, City of Calgary and a First Nations community in BC.
