The annual Gifford Sanderson Memorial Jigging competition is returning to the Duck Bay Community Hall.
Sunday marks the second annual jigging competition held in honour of the Duck Bay Elder, Gifford Sanderson.
The competition is divided into four different age groups: twelve and under, thirteen to seventeen, eighteen to forty nine, and fifty plus.
The winner of each category will receive a cash prize of seventy five dollars, second place earns fifty dollars, and third, twenty five dollars.
The day will begin with Little Gifford Sanderson performing a jigging demonstration, to open the competition.
Registration ends at noon, and the festivities start at 1 pm.
