The Gilbert Plains Municipality are asking residents to weigh in on housing developments.
Council has established a two year goal with a focus on housing needs, releasing a survey based on housing needs for the next 5-10 years.
According to Community Development Officer Julie Russell, the municipality is open to many options.
"Right now we are kind of looking into just general housing for not specifically seniors or fifty-five plus, but we're also looking to see if the needs are for you know younger people, people who have families or if it is more for people who are going into retirement."
