With Neepawa's recent growth in population, the town is working on redeveloping some CN land.
Neepawa is accepting applications from firms to redevelop forty acres of land.
Economic Development Officer for Neepawa Marilyn Crewe says the growth in population comes from two types of people.
"Much of that is newcomer population through high life and also retirement. Lots of people move to Neepawa to retire."
According to the Canadian population Census released earlier this month, Neepawa grew by twenty seven per cent.
