The Community Spaces program was formed to help build and support communities across western Canada.
Applications are now available for the Co-op Community Spaces program.
Co-op employee Brad Chambers says communities who are selected, will have lots of money provided to them to help.
"In keeping with our ongoing commitment to invest in the communities we serve, Federated Co-operatives will be contributing up to $2 million dollars to help support projects to help improve the places Canadians meet, and play and learn."
The application deadline for the community spaces program is March 1st.
