A new president is incoming at the Gilbert Plains/Grandview Ag Society.
Kevin Boese moved to the Ethelbert area from Saskatchewan, where he was vice-president of a rodeo committee.
"I guess I maybe mentioned that at the wrong time and they suggested that I should be the president of this one," he says.
Boese says he was born and raised in southern Alberta, then moved to Saskatchewan as a teenager and farmed there. Now he's got a farm in Ethelbert with his girlfriend Marsha.
