The Manitoba Young Farmers Conference begins this afternoon, immediately following Keystone Agricultural Producers’ general meeting.
Simon Ellis, co-chair of the Young Farmers Committee, says it’s about bringing young farmers together.
"We get them talking, networking, sharing common challenges and opportunities that they see between each other, and then coming up with a stronger vision for their own farm."
Young farmers will be sitting in on KAP’s AGM proceedings this morning, which begin at 8:30.
