An information session on Citizens on Patrol is coming to Dauphin.
 
Scheduled for Tuesday at the Dauphin Friendship Centre, representatives from MPI and the RCMP will be informing residents about the program here in Dauphin.
 
Manitoba Citizens on Patrol Program Coordinator Tracy Douglass will speaking about a few specifics of the program tailored to the Parkland.
 
"Citizens on Patrol have been helping municipalities and their residents be proactive about community and road safety both among their properties and on the road... I'll be explaining how the program operates and the benefits of the program, and the activities that Citizens on Patrol members can become involved in to improve the safety of their community."   
 
The session begins at 7 pm.
