Grandview Credit Union members will be voting next month on whether or not they should merge with Sunrise Credit Union.
GVCU interim general manager Dale Scott says the board has actively been looking for a partner for about a year, and he says Sunrise seems to have the most to offer what their membership wants.
"Basically, it's helping our balance sheet in the way of diversifying our ag loan portfolio... they also have a really strong wealth management division."
An information session on the proposed merger will be held February 16th. The vote will take place February 28th.
