Turtle River Sports and Agriplex in Ste. Rose is getting a makeover.
On Sunday at noon, residents have the opportunity to make their mark in the facility during the community's mural project initiative.
New Rec Director for the RM of Lakeshore and Municipality of Ste. Rose Madison Connolly, hopes the mural will leave a defining impact in the community.
"The theme is community memories, it can be wide open you know it can be something that you've done in sports in this area, or school, or with your family it's really up to you... this project is going to be community lead, basically you just take an empty grid spot and you get to pick that."
No painting experience is necessary, and all are welcome.
Painting will begin Sunday and continue throughout January until all blank spots are filled.
