The community of Russell - Binscarth will be investing in their Park and Pool once again.
On Friday, January 20th the Binscarth Community Hall will be hosting their Park & Pool Entertainment, Pub & Casino Night Fundraiser.
According to Rita Wasslen who's a member of the Binscarth Community Hall, funds raised at this year's event will mainly be going towards the pool area.
"Last year wee had to reline our pool, when we did this we also put in a big slide -- a much bigger slide then we had before -- and now this year we will be putting in a smaller slide, and doing some of the other repairs needed around the pool area."
Tickets in advance are 20 dollars per person, and pub doors open at 6:30 pm.
