A former student of Grandview School is in the top ten for a scholarship.
Reagan Giasson, who currently attends Capilano University in British Columbia, recently submitted a video about gender-based violence to SOS Safety Magazine.
The first-year Motion Picture Arts student says the video allows her to express her creativity in a positive manner.
The winner of the SOS Safety Scholarship will receive $5,000. Anyone can vote (repeatedly) at sossafetymagazine.com until January first.
