The Ride Program in Dauphin will be back up and running this holiday season starting on Friday.
The program that assist's in driving people home who have been drinking, is now entering its 26 year.
The program is run out of the Dauphin Friendship Center, and provides drivers a warm place to station themselves in between rides.
Jeremy Smith at the DFC offers nothing but praise for the Ride Program.
"The Ride Program provides an invaluable service, making sure people can get home safely during the holiday season. The volunteers need to be commended for their commitment to the program, because they provide such a good service to our community."
The Ride Program is free to use. The number to call is 638-5707, beginning on Friday.
