Having received a letter from concerned parents and teachers, the city has added stop signs near a Dauphin school.
The corner of 1st Street Northeast and 2nd Avenue Northeast (by Mackenzie Middle School) is now a 4-way stop.
The Dauphin Fire Department had also identified the spot as a dangerous intersection.
The new stop signs are already up.
