A community information session will be offered to residents tonight in Ebb & Flow on the lethal drug fentanyl.
Recently, the drug has been making it's way across the Western provinces with some political officials deeming it a crisis.
Marlene Davis, who's a parent volunteer in the community says this issue hits close to home.
"Unfortunately our community buried a young man on Saturday who died as a result of fentanyl in the city, so it hit close to home... it's about getting information out there an being proactive, lets stop this from happening any further."
The session begins at 7 pm at the Ebb & Flow Community Complex.
