A local committee is looking on expanding it's membership to a wider demographic.
The Dauphin Age Friendly committee believes the club can expand it's membership to more diverse group, not just people 55 plus.
Committee Chair Rodney Juba says the committee is currently looking at ways in including more age groups and how they address issues.
"In comparison to other Age Friendly groups in the region, we as a council have done a lot to address the age friendly issues... we've done a lot of projects in the community that are age friendly, and it was sort of thought as an action plan as a part of committee to expand our scope."
The committee is always looking for ways to connect with other local organizations collaboratively in the community.
