RCMP have made another arrest in an investigation into an alleged drug network in western Manitoba -- this one in Dauphin.
 
32-year-old Christopher Charles Bilay has been charged with conspiracy to possess cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance, and possession of the proceeds of crime.
 
RCMP say two search warrants were carried out in Dauphin on November 2nd.
 
RCMP in October said they had arrested three men, two from Brandon and one from Ontario, through Project Derringer, a seven-month police investigation involving RCMP, Winnipeg police, and Brandon police.
