Brandon University's S.J. McKee Archives has received funding to better organize a collection of historical items from the old Manitoba Pool Elevator.
Archivist Christy Henry says as part of the work they hired a researcher to create a preservation plan.
"Essentially, they went through all of the mixed media materials -- that were photographs and negatives and slides, and there were a few audio and sound recordings as well -- to sort of figure out what we had, create an inventory, and then give recommendations for future preservation."
