If you're in the mood for some fresh Bannock, come down to the Dauphin Friendship Centre November 7th.
The DFC will be hosting their second annual Bannock Making Contest. Program Coordinator Sharon Stoltez says last years event was such a success, they had to do it again this year.
" Last year we had about fourteen entries. And we had close to 100 people that came to try the bannock. We also have a pot of soup, and free coffee as well."
Marlene Chartrand was the winner last year.
