The wines of the world made another appearance in Dauphin.
This past Friday, residents of Dauphin were able to indulge in an assortment of international wines including cheeses, deli meats, breads and chocolates.
Chairperson of the Wine Tasting Committee on behalf of the Rotary Club, Howard Wirch says the event was similar to last year's and that they should be receiving final numbers soon.
"We don't have our final numbers in, but at first glance a very successful event our raffle draw did very very well and better than last year's... attendance was similar to last year's, we had 240 people in attendance in the evening."
The wine tasting event is in partnership with Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries.
